We are pleased to present our first sustainability report in accordance with the voluntary European Sustainability Reporting Standard for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (VSME). The report offers a comprehensive and transparent insight into our environmental, social, and governance-related activities.

The project team, led by Jost Stallmeyer and Freddy Aßmann, was professionally supported by Horst Wild, an external consultant, as well as the firm ESG teams. Preparing the report was a cross-departmental effort — all areas of the company contributed to the internal data collection process.
The greatest challenge was identifying, consolidating, and consistently preparing existing data sources.
Particularly time-consuming was the double materiality analysis, during which a total of 30 relevant internal and external stakeholders were surveyed. This analysis was conducted as part of the development of the sustainability report in line with the CSRD and integrated into the new VSME reporting format.
The result: a first important step toward structured sustainability communication — and a foundation on which we will continue to build.
